Refund policy

If FlossChart does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment. Send your PayPal order ID and one line on what went wrong to . We refund the full amount through PayPal, usually within 7 days of your request. You do not have to give a reason, but it helps us improve.

This refund is voluntary. It comes on top of your legal rights. Because the unlock starts right away, the legal 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends when you confirm the checkbox before payment (see the terms).

After a refund, the unlock no longer counts as paid. Please stop using it.
